Lewis Henry Bryant 
Lewis Henry was born on December 22nd, 1840 in Vermillion, Illinois. Lewis Henry's father was Solomon George Bryant and his mother was Nancy H. Mitcheltree. His paternal grandparents were Robert Robertson and Martha Jane Bryant. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William Mitcheltree, George Mitcheltree, Alfred Henry, Clara "Clary" Howard, Sarah Jane and Susan M.. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James Robertson, Robert Robertson, Alexander Hart Robertson, Claiborne Roberts, John Robertson, Joseph Roberts, Mahala and Martha Jane. He died at the age of 83 on November 28th, 1924 in Athens, Henderson County, Texas. He was buried in Old Center Cemetery, Panola County, Texas.1 General Notes
