Claiborne Roberts Bryant 
Claiborne Roberts was born about 1824 in Orange County, Indiana. Claiborne Roberts' father was Solomon George Bryant and his mother was Lavinia Roberts. His paternal grandparents were Robert Robertson and Martha Jane Bryant. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James Robertson, Robert Robertson, Alexander Hart Robertson, John Robertson, Joseph Roberts, Mahala and Martha Jane. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Mitcheltree, Lewis Henry, George Mitcheltree, Alfred Henry, Clara "Clary" Howard, Sarah Jane and Susan M.. He died about 1895 in Pilot Point, Denton County, Texas.General Notes
