Eleanor Plantagenet of was born about 1317 in Lancashire, England. Eleanor Plantagenet of's father was Henry Plantagenet of Lancaster and her mother was Maud De Chaworth. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Plantagenet and Blanche of Artois; her maternal grandparents were Patrick VI De Chaworth and Isabel De Beauchamp.
