Phoebe was born in 1804 in Brookfield, Madison, New York, USA.1 Phoebe's father was Harris Chesebro and her mother is Martha Champlin. Her paternal grandparents were James Chesebrough and Lucy Pendleton; her maternal grandparents are Samuel Champlin and Mary Kenyon. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Harris, Samuel Champlin, Nathan, Eli, Jared, Patt Polly, Lydia, Rhoda Rhody and Catherine. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 72 in 1876 in North Brookfield, Madison, New York, USA.1 -
