Mildred was born about 1738 in Orange Co, VA, USA Formerly Spotsylvania Co, VA. Mildred's father was John Rucker and her mother was Susannah. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Rucker and Elizabeth Fielding; her maternal grandparents were William Phillips and Susaanah Lloyd. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Peter, Reubin, John, Benjamin, Ambrose, Isaac, Anthony, Margaret, Sarah, Phoebe and Winifred. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died about 1823 in Amherst Co., VA, USA.-
