Phillip B. McDaniel 
Phillip B. was born in 1824. Phillip B.'s father was William McDaniel and his mother was Elizabeth Pendelton. His paternal grandparents were John McDaniel and Margaret Peggy Rucker. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named James Pendleton, John Rucker, William, Edward Jackson, Sally Rucker, Margaret, Catherine, Elizabeth, Jane, Lindsey, Mary Anne and Sophia Burrus. He was the third youngest of the thirteen children.-
