Mary W. (Nettie) was born on August 19th, 1892 in Pine Bluff,Jefferson,Arkansas.1 Mary W. (Nettie)'s father was Franklin Columbus Daniels and her mother was Mary Lou Finch. Her paternal grandparents are William T. Daniel and Mary O.W. Bell. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Thomas Uxie, Henry O., Jim M. (Alvin), Joe T., Rhoda Della and Fanny Louise. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 66 in 1958 in Hot Springs,Garland County,Arkansas.2 General Notes
According to David Garrett, Nettie was of the Baptist denomination. David does not ever remember seeing his father, Jesse, attend church.
