Isabel was born in 1137.  Isabel's father was William III de Warenne and her mother was Ela Talvas de Alencon.  Her paternal grandparents were William II de Warenne and Isabella Capet de Crepi of Vermandois; her maternal grandparents were William I Talvas of Ponthieu and Helie (Ela) Borel of Burgundy. She had a half-brother named William.  She died at the age of 66 on July 12th, 1203.  She was buried in 1203 in Chapter House, Lewes Priory, Sussex, England.

‌Isabel and William de Blois of were married in a religious ceremony about 1149.


Isabel's second family with Hamelin Plantagenet of Anjou

‌Isabel and Hamelin Plantagenet of were married in a religious ceremony in April 1164.  They had two sons and five daughters, named Jeffrey, William, Ida (Isabel) Plantagenet of, Ela (Adela), Maud de Warenne, Mary and Suzanne.
