Joyce Elaine Fisk 
Joyce Elaine was born on January 27th, 1928 in Hunter, North Dakota. Joyce Elaine's father was Warren Clinton Fisk and her mother was Ruby Marcella Jemima Knudtson. Her paternal grandparents were William W. Fisk and Rose Elizabeth Wentworth Hambleton; her maternal grandparents were Jonas Gustav Knudtson and Karen Maria Bjerke. She had four brothers named Wilbert James, Raeburn Kay, Dellwyn Neil and Garry Lee. She is the youngest of the five children.General Notes

"At a double ring ceremony at First Lutheran church, Saturday afternoon,
Miss Joyce Elaine Fisk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Fisk, became the
bride of Donald G. Folk, son of Mr. and Mrs. WIlliam Folk. The ceremony
at four o'clock was read by Rev. R. E. Ylvisaker in the presence of the
immediate family, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Folk and family and Mr. and Mrs. W. C.
Fisk. The bride wore a dark green gabardine suit with brown
accessories. Her flowers were a corsage of yellow roses and she wore
gold earrings, a gift of the groom. Her only attendant, Loa Jane
Rasmussen, wore a black gabardine suit, with white accessories and her
flowers were a corsage of a red rose surrounded by split white
carnations. She also wore gold earrings, a gift of the bride. The groom
was attended by William (Billy) Baldock. A reception was held at the
bride's home, following the ceremony. Mrs. L.W. Kuhn, Chicago, an aunt
of the bride, presided at the reception table, and Mrs. Dellwyn Fisk, a
sister-in-law, of Fargo, cut the wedding cake. Mr. Dellwyn Fisk and son
Neil of Fargo, were also at the reception. Both Mr. and Mrs. Folk are
graduates of Hunter Hight School and Mr. Folk is attending NDAC, Fargo.
The couple spent the week-end in Fargo and after January 1 will be at
home in Fargo."
