Charles II Stuart of was born on May 29th, 1630 in St. James, Greenwich, England.  Charles II Stuart of's father was Charles I Stuart of England and his mother was Henrietta Maria Capet de Bourbon.  His paternal grandparents were James I Stuart (VI of Scotland) of England and Anne Oldenburg; his maternal grandparents were Henry IV de Bourbon of France and Marie de Medici. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles James, James II Stuart of, Henry, Mary Henrietta, Elizabeth, Catherine, Henrietta Anne Stuart and Anne.  He died in Whitehall Palace, London, England.  He was buried in Westminster Abbey, London, England.
