Arthur Ogan was born on February 23rd, 1896 in Utica Township, La Salle County, Illinois. Arthur Ogan's father was Eli Ives Crosiar and his mother was Mary Malinda Ogan. His paternal grandparents were Amasa Owen Crosiar and Lovina Brown; his maternal grandfather was Calvin Ogan and his maternal grandmother is Narcissa Perry. He had five brothers and a sister, named Cecil William, Olin Lewis, Clarence Eli, Earl Calvin, Warren Paul and Ruth Narcissus. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 on February 14th, 1972 in Ryburn King Hospital, Ottawa, La Salle County, Illinois. He was buried in Oakwood Memorial Park, Ottawa, La Salle County, Illinois.General Notes
