Isaac Elmer Coen 
Isaac Elmer was born on July 6th, 1868 in Menominee, Dunn Co., Wisconsin. Isaac Elmer's father was Jonathan Morris Coen and his mother was Millicent Bailey. His paternal grandparents were Levi Coen and Sarah Elizabeth Gatton; his maternal grandfather was John J. Bailey and his maternal grandmother is Rhoda Osborn. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George William, James Monroe, Jesse David, Rhoda Elizabeth, Ada Abigail, Ida Mae and Minnie Belle. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 84 on August 25th, 1952 in Moorewood, Custer Co., Oklahoma.-
