Sybil Pauline was born on December 20th, 1921 in Butler, OK. Sybil Pauline's father was Arthur Lincoln Bailey and her mother was Persilla Belle Woolard. Her paternal grandparents were Burzelia Johnathan Bailey and Sarah Elizabeth Coen; her maternal grandparents are John William (III) Woolard and Nancy Ann Oglin. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Lloyd Myrl (Slim), Arville Lester, Arthur Clifford, J B (Jay), Alfred Allen, Ivahmarie Mellisa, Lois Fern, Waunetta Elizabeth and Dema Nadeen. She is the second youngest of the ten children.-
