Samuel Finley 
Samuel was born on June 9th, 1775 in Chester County,Pennslvania. Samuel's father was Michael Finley and his mother was Mary Waugh. His paternal grandparents were William O'Neil Finley and Cathrine Culbertson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William, Michael, Mary, Catherine, Esther and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 73 on May 5th, 1849 in Greenville,Augusta County,Virginia.-
