Samuel Brown Finley 
Samuel Brown was born in 1815 in Greenville,Augusta County,Virginia. Samuel Brown's father was Samuel Finley and his mother was Mary Tate. His paternal grandparents were Michael Finley and Mary Waugh. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John Tate, William, Marie Waugh, Jane Tate, Caroline Ellen and Lavinia. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 59 in 1874 in Greenville,Augusta County,Virginia.-
