Samuel Mcclung Finley 
Samuel Mcclung was born in 1853. Samuel Mcclung's father was Samuel Brown Finley and his mother was Sarah McClung. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Finley and Mary Tate. He had a brother and two sisters, named Walter, Elizabeth Crawford and Mary Tate. He was the second youngest of the four children.-
