John Frank TOOTHMAN 
John Frank was born on December 8th, 1847 in Sand Creek Township,Decatur,IN. John Frank's father was Phillip TOOTHMAN and his mother was Elizabeth MYERS. His paternal grandparents were John Toothman and Mary Fox. He had a brother and four sisters, named Lewis D, Sally, Emiline, Louisa and Lucinda. He was the third oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named George, Sally and Emiline. He died at the age of 65 on April 25th, 1913 in ILL.-
