Phillip TOOTHMAN 
Phillip was born in 1818 in VA. Phillip's father was John Toothman and his mother was Mary Fox. His paternal grandparents were Johannes (Michael Toothman) DUCHMANN and Barbara Fox (Fuchs); his maternal grandfather was Frederick FOX (FUCHS). He had four brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, David, John, Joseph, Barbara and Catherine. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Emeline.
