Nancy Ann was born on August 5th, 1871 in Greensburg,Decatur,IN. Nancy Ann's father was John Frank TOOTHMAN and her mother was Rosannah Louisa Evans. Her paternal grandparents were Phillip TOOTHMAN and Elizabeth MYERS; her maternal grandparents were Enoch Evans and Catherine Michael. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Austin, Charles Monroe, William Vernon, Allie Mae, Mary Etta and Sarah Ellen. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 49 on November 23rd, 1920.-
