Ellen Morris 
Ellen was born about 1854. Ellen's father was William Godfrey Morris and her mother was Phoebe Johnson. Her paternal grandparents were William Godfrey Morris and Nancy Young; her maternal grandfather was Charles Frederick Johnson. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas Joseph, Seigle Messer, Benjamin F., Priscilla, Laura E., Amanda, Charlotte Ellen, Esther Amelia, Jessa E. and Julia Adaline. She was the second oldest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named James William, Charlotte Temple, Maria Louisa, Nancy Elizabeth and Harriet Noel.-
