William Frank McClung 
William Frank was born on May 19th, 1848. William Frank's father was Charles McClung and his mother was Nancy Black McClung. His paternal grandparents were Joseph McClung and Elizabeth Hyde; his maternal grandparents were Alexander McClung and Jane McClung. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Cyrus Hyde, Samuel Kyle, Alpheus Paris, Rebecca, Mary Elizabeth, Lucy and Ellen. He was the youngest of the eight children.-
