Joseph McClung

Joseph was born on December 20th, 1777. Joseph's father was William McClung and his mother was Abigail Dickinson. His paternal grandparents were John McClung and Rebecca Stuart. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, James, William, Charles, Samuel, Alexander, Catherine, Mary, Abigail Dickinson and Janet. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 78 in 1855.

‌Joseph and Jane were married in a religious ceremony on May 1st, 1804. They had five sons and four daughters, named William, Samuel, Andrew Cavendish, Jacob, Joseph, Abigail, Nancy, Jane and Elizabeth.
