John McClung

John was born on January 10th, 1768.  John's father was William McClung and his mother was Abigail Dickinson.  His paternal grandparents were John McClung and Rebecca Stuart. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James, William, Joseph, Charles, Samuel, Alexander, Catherine, Mary, Abigail Dickinson and Janet.  He was the oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 82 on July 20th, 1850.

‌John and Jane were married in a religious ceremony on March 14th, 1793.  They had five sons and five daughters, named William, James, John Bollar, Matthew, Alexander, Abigail Dickenson, Margaret Bollar, Mary, Nancy and Jinney.

‌John and Hannah were married in a religious ceremony on November 19th, 1829.  They had three sons and two daughters, named Andrew Hutchison, Linneus Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Edward Ann and Rachel Elizabeth.
