Samuel McClung

Samuel was born on April 27th, 1784.  Samuel's father was William McClung and his mother was Abigail Dickinson.  His paternal grandparents were John McClung and Rebecca Stuart. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, James, William, Joseph, Charles, Alexander, Catherine, Mary, Abigail Dickinson and Janet.  He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.

‌Samuel and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on April 16th, 1804.  They had two sons and four daughters, named William Hinton, John Duffy, Nellie, Nancy, Abigail and Polly.
