Josephine was born on February 26th, 1858. Josephine's father was Samuel A. Kennedy and her mother was Mary Goodrich. Her paternal grandparents were John Young Kennedy and Mary McKinney; her maternal grandparents were Nathan Goodrich and Mary Louden. She had a brother and a sister, named Charles W and Eliza Kate. She had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Everett, Archie, Frederick, George, Samuel, Jessie and Laurie. She died at the age of 9 on October 6th, 1867. She was buried in City Cemetery,Shelbyville,IN.-
