John Black

John was born on November 15th, 1817. John's father was James Black and his mother was Abigail A. R. Taylor. His paternal grandparents were Robert Black and Ann Spears. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, Robert, Samuel, James, William, Ann Spears, Esther, Martha, Jane and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.
