John Park Curtis Scott 
John Park Curtis was born on October 13th, 1812 in Jessamine County, Kentucky. John Park Curtis' father was James Scott and his mother was Susannah Zike. His maternal grandparents were Jacob "Zeuch" Zike and Katherine Lucinda Avey. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, William, Mitilda, Melinda and Margaret Catherine. He was the third oldest of the six children. He had five half-brothers named Jacob Botkins, Infant, Infant, Benjzmin Franklin and Alexander. He died at the age of 64 on December 9th, 1876 in Indiana. He was buried in Guthris Creek Cemetery, Jackson Co., Indiana.-
