Emma Deckard 
Emma was born on May 7th, 1893 in Chapel Hill, Monroe Co., Indiana. Emma's father was Benjamin Deckard and her mother was Mary Polly Ann Kinser. Her paternal grandparents were John Wesley Deckard and Malissa Eads; her maternal grandparents were Austin Kinser and Elizabeth Sipes. She had three brothers and a sister, named Leander Lee, John, Perry and Dessa. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother named Clifford. She died at the age of 81 on June 26th, 1974.General Notes
