Chester H. Sipes 
Chester H. was born on January 18th, 1917. Chester H.'s father was George R. Sipes and his mother was Emma Deckard. His paternal grandparents were George Sipes and Lou Reynolds; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Deckard and Mary Polly Ann Kinser. He had six brothers and a sister, named Glenford, Jasper, Winford Cotton, Roy, Floyd, Warren and Hazel. He died at the age of 71 in 1988.-
