Floyd Sipes

Floyd's father was George R. Sipes and his mother was Emma Deckard. His paternal grandparents were George Sipes and Lou Reynolds; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Deckard and Mary Polly Ann Kinser. He had six brothers and a sister, named Glenford, Chester H., Jasper, Winford Cotton, Roy, Warren and Hazel.
