Jasper Sipes 
Jasper was born on February 27th, 1919. Jasper's father was George R. Sipes and his mother was Emma Deckard. His paternal grandparents were George Sipes and Lou Reynolds; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Deckard and Mary Polly Ann Kinser. He had six brothers and a sister, named Glenford, Chester H., Winford Cotton, Roy, Floyd, Warren and Hazel. He died at the age of 69 on December 8th, 1988.-
