Burlie Hicks 
Burlie was born on March 17th, 1894 in Nicholas Co,WV. Burlie's father was Joseph Steven Hicks and her mother was Mildred Fitzwater. Her paternal grandparents were George Washington Hicks and Delilah Burdett. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named George Joseph, James Wilmoth, John H., Arthur, Cody, Lenoa Caroline, Elizabeth Jane, Ella, Mary D., Fannie L., Letha and Margaret Mae. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 84 in October 1978 in OH.-
