Arthur Hicks 
Arthur was born on November 15th, 1889 in Nicholas Co,WV. Arthur's father was Joseph Steven Hicks and his mother was Mildred Fitzwater. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Hicks and Delilah Burdett. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named George Joseph, James Wilmoth, John H., Cody, Lenoa Caroline, Elizabeth Jane, Ella, Mary D., Fannie L., Burlie, Letha and Margaret Mae. He was the sixth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 41 on May 1st, 1931 in Roane Co,WV.-
