Katherine Yocum 
Katherine was born on July 20th, 1815 in Montgomery Co, KY.1 Katherine's father was Jacob Preston Yocum and her mother was Nancy Keeton. Her paternal grandparents were John Yocum and Mary (Yocum). She had seven brothers and five sisters, named William, Jonathon, James, George W, Solomon, Jacob Preston, Hervy, Mary W, Eliza B, Elizabeth, Manurvy and Celia Ann. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 68 on April 11th, 1884 in Brazil, Clay Co, IN.1 General Notes

Augustus C. Yocum, Warren's father, had seen the Bible while visiting
a relative East of Macomb, Illinois and had brought it back to his
home hear Bynumville, MO and and kept it for a short time. The Bible
is probably still in that neighborhood (Illinois)." Copy of memo
given to Gregg Kinney by Joyce Hagerty in September 1996. Joyce
received her copy from Georgia Kelsey.
