George Woodworth (Woodward)

George was born in June 1808 in Little Neston and his baptism took place on June 12th, 1808 in Neston.^1 2

George's father was William Woodworth (Woodward) and his mother was Eleanor (Ellen) Day.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Woodworth and Alice Dobb. He had three brothers and six sisters, named William, Joseph, Joseph, Ellen, Ann, Ellen, Alice, Margaret and Jane.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 84 in April 1893 in Neston.³
