Lucy Whittaker

Lucy's father was James Whitaker and her mother was Annie Elizabeth Slack. Her paternal grandparents were William Whitaker and Sarah Mather. She had six brothers named James, Walter, Charles, Frank, John and Harold. She was the fifth oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named William, Annie, Harriet, Mary and Elizabeth. She died at 7 months old in March 1876 in Macclesfield.²
