Sarah Waddington

Sarah was born on April 24th, 1819 in Wilsden (Bradford) and her baptism took place there on September 2nd, 1819.¹²

Sarah's father was Miles Waddington and her mother was Martha (Matty) Pickles. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Pickles and Mary Walsh. She had a brother and six sisters, named Joseph, Betsy, Martha, Mary, Rachel, Hannah and Maria. She was the sixth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 61 in September 1880 in Bradford.³
