Sarah was born in 1820 in Wybunbury and her baptism took place on December 6th, 1820 in Nantwich.¹

Birth Notes

Sarah's father was Thomas Timmis and her mother was Martha Woodcock. Her paternal grandparents were John Timmis and Mary Walley. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Job, George, Elizabeth, Martha and Ellen. She was the youngest of the nine children.
