Thomas Timmis

Thomas was born in 1776 in Aston (& Newhall) and his baptism took place on October 15th, 1775 in Acton by Nantwich.^1 2

Thomas' father was John Timmis and his mother was Mary Walley.  His paternal grandparents were John Timmis and Elizabeth Hollins. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Job, Sally and Elizabeth.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 87 in December 1863 in Nantwich.³

‌Thomas and Martha were married in a religious ceremony on March 13th, 1799 in Wybunbury.⁵   They had five sons and four daughters, named John, Thomas, William, Job, George, Elizabeth, Martha, Ellen and Sarah.  There are no more children.
