Thomas Timmis

Thomas was born in 1776 in Acton by Nantwich and his baptism took place there on October 15th, 1775.¹²

Thomas' father was John Timmis and his mother was Mary Walley. His paternal grandparents were John Timmis and Elizabeth Hollins. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Job, Sally and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the five children. He had three half-brothers named Samuel, John and James. He died at the age of 87 in December 1863 in Nantwich.³
