William Henry Stocks

William was born in 1842 in Elland.¹ William's father was William Blakey Stocks and his mother was Mary Barber. His paternal grandparents were George Stocks and Hannah Blakey. He had two sisters named Elizabeth and Mary. He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother named John. He died at the age of 15 in 1857.
