Birth Notes

Mary's father was Thomas Stocks and her mother was Hannah Batty. Her paternal grandparents were David Stocks and Margaret Goldthorp. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Charles, Rhodes, Fred, David, Sarah and Hannah. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
