Bathey Stocks

Bathey was born in 1781 in Huddersfield and her baptism took place on December 23rd, 1781 at St. Peter (Huddersfield).¹

Birth Notes

Bathey's father was Benjamin Stocks and her mother was Sarah Cliffe. Her paternal grandparents were David Stocks and Sarah Brook. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Mathew, Benjamin, Samuel, Job, Ann, Jinny, Sally and Hannah. She was the youngest of the nine children.
