Mary's father was James Robinson and her mother was Rachel Mather.  Her maternal grandparents were James Mather and Mary Mather. She had four brothers and a sister, named William, John, Joseph, Benjamin and Rachel.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died at 2 months old in February 1842 in Walmersley.  She was buried on February 15th, 1842 in Ashworth.
