James Robinson

James was born in 1812 in Birtle.¹

- Aged 39 (or 29) in 1841, living at Walmersley
  Aged 47 in 1861, born Birtle
  Aged 56 in 1871, born Birtle

James is no longer alive.

- James was the son of William Robinson, a farmer.
  
  1839, Rachel daughter of James a weaver married William Robinson, a weaver. Both were living at Walmersley.
  
  In 1841, James and Rachel (39 & 25) were at Lanchard, Walmersley with son William (2).
  
  James and Rachel lived at Butcher's Acre, Tottington. James was a Weaver.
  
  About May 1849, his wife Rachel died and in September James married Susannah Hopkinson, daughter of William Booth.
  
  In 1861, James and Susannah (47 & 36) were at Walmserley with John, Joseoh and Benjamin (18, 16 & 14) and John Hopkinson (20).
  
  In 1871, James (Wid, 56, born Birtle) was still living at Walmserley with his son Benjamin Robinson (24)
