This is Rachel, daughter of James a weaver (i.e. not a Fullter) and wife Mary.
1839, Rachel daughter of James a weaver married William Robinson, a weaver. Both were living at Walmersley.
In 1841, James and Rachel (39 & 25) were at Lanchard, Walmersley with son William (2).
