George William Porter

George was born in March 1914 in Portsmouth.¹

Birth Notes

George's father was Walter Porter and his mother was Lily May Fleet. His maternal grandparents were James Fleet and Louisa Eddowes. He had two sisters named Florence and Hilda. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 96 in 2010.
