Lena Pendlebury

Lena was born in 1902 in Bolton.¹   Lena's father was James Pendlebury and her mother was Margaret Ann Dennis.  Her paternal grandparents were James Pendlebury and Hannah Yates. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Harry, James, William, Hannah, Florence, Maria, Ethel and Margaret.  She was the youngest of the nine children.
