James Miller 
James was born in 1856 in Leftwich.1 James' father was John Miller and his mother was Phoebe Haddock. His paternal grandparents were James Miller and Susannah (Susan) Poole; his maternal grandparents were William Haddock and Sarah (Sally) Pickstock. He had four brothers and six sisters, named William, John, George, Christopher, Mary, Kate, Sarah, Phoebe, Emily and Florence. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 36 in 1892 in Kelsall.2 General Notes
