Thomas Mather

Thomas was born in 1832 in Bolton and his baptism took place on January 29th, 1832 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹²

Thomas' father was Thomas Mather and his mother was Sarah Fielding. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Mary Barret. He had two brothers named Ralph and George. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 55 in July 1887 in Bolton. His burial was on July 30th, 1887 at Tonge-with-Haulgh Cemetery.³⁴
