Richard Increase Mather

Richard was born in 1842.  Richard's father was Rev Robert Cotton Mather and his mother was Elizabeth Sewell.  His paternal grandparents were Rev James Mather and Ann Speakman. He had five brothers and a sister, named Cotton, James, Robert, Samuel, Charles and Catharine.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.
